Designed by MIZA Architects in a very modern style with exposed industrial ceiling and featuring custom designed Linea Hemlock suspended slatted ceiling in the main office area with modern LEDALIGHS and Moon-rings lighting, this tenant improvement project for the City of Coquitlam included open space office area, ten (10) offices enclosed using a glazed frame system and an open kitchen area.
With a budget of $735,000, the renovation went smoothly and Dawn Constructions’ project team were able to complete the project within the approved budget and schedule.
