Working alongside Vancouver Premier College, the project, located in Richmond, BC, was a 45,000 square foot tenant improvement for Trinity Western University. With an original budget of $4.5 million, Dawn was able to reduce the project budget to $4 million. We engaged with the client, subtrades and consultants to effectively bring the budget in line with client requirements.
The biggest challenge was a compressed schedule and unforeseen site conditions meant many decisions were made on-the-fly with the project’s schedule and budget.
The renovation went smoothly considering time line constraints and the project met client’s expectation and budget.
