We faced this challenging project head on with a Design Build delivery method, and worked side by side with the architects to deliver a smooth and beautiful aesthetic while helping them save on cost by using alternate materials on many aspects of the build. One of the main hurdles we faced was working on a campus in a residential neighborhood as well as restrictive operating hours, no delivery bays and a tight schedule. The Architects and clients made several scope changes along the way and drawings were largely incomplete. Our flexibility enabled us to meet each milestone while juggling changes and keeping the client happy.
Renovation from Base Building including extensive HVAC scope and equipment, electrical components, finishes, furniture, technology, and extremely detailed millwork show pieces.
This project was a smooth, two month renovation with over 20 subtrades working on site.
