Phased interior Renovation – Retail area, Clinic area, Pharmacy area and Staff area. This project had a compressed schedule, with design build aspects. Unforeseen site conditions meant many decisions were made on-the-fly with the project’s schedule and budget in mind. The renovation went smoothly considering time line constraints and all customer business zones remaining in operation.
As this was a cancer patient health clinic and pharmacy space with patients coming and going for chemotherapy and other treatments, it was imperative construction disturbances were minimized in consideration of our client and their patients.
Excellent communication and project preparation were essential to the success of this project.
