Dawn undertook a comprehensive renovation of the entire customer area including Electrical, Mechanical, Interior and Exterior Finishes, Furniture, and Technology. This project was completed while maintaining a full kitchen drive thru and pick up counter operation for the majority of the project. Multiple trades working in tandem, skillfully coordinated by Dawn Construction’s supervising team.
Our hands on approach, and expertise in executing seamless renovations without disrupting essential services, meant that coordination of owner’s vendors and suppliers were handled with care and precision. Timelines of brief shutdowns were planned along with consultants in advance to compile a detailed and thorough schedule, to minimize loss of operation and revenue.
