Full customer area renovation including Electrical, Mechanical, Finishes, Furniture and technology and exterior finishing. This project was completed while maintaining a full kitchen drive thru and pick up counter operation for the majority of the project. Multiple trades working in tandem, skillfully coordinated by Dawn Construction’s supervising team. Dawn’s hands on approach, meant that coordination of owner’s vendors and suppliers were handled with care and precision. Timelines of brief shutdowns were planned along with consultants in advance to compile a detailed and thorough schedule, to minimize loss of operation and revenue.
