10 day, 24/7 branch shut down. Full customer area renovation including Electrical, Mechanical, Finishes, Furniture and technology. This project consisted of a compressed schedule, with multiple trades working alongside and on top of each other. Dawn Construction’s team alleviated the stress of such a short timeline by spending time properly prepping the project, and communicating with all trades, clients and consultants in advance to compile a detailed and thorough schedule. This renovation went smoothly considering the time line constraints and introduction of new trades and Site Supervisors to this style of project. Excellent communication and project preparation helped with this projects success.
